Freytag Cellars is a boutique, family wine label based in Springfield, Oregon. Our focus is on creating small batch, hand crafted wines with fruit sourced from all over Oregon and Washington's beautiful wine country. We look to esteemed AVA's such as the Willamette Valley, Umpqua Valley, and Columbia Valley to produce a diverse range of delicious and complex varietals.

We offer drop-in wine tasting on the first Saturday of every month. In addition, customers can schedule wine tastings by appointment. Online purchasing and pick-up/delivery options also available!

Open the First Saturday of Every Month: 1pm - 5pm!

We warmly invite you to join us for wine tastings at the charming "Wine Garage" in Thurston (East Springfield). On the first Saturday of EVERY month, rain or shine, we are ready to pour $10 flights that are waived with a bottle purchase.

Grab some friends and family, or come visit us solo, and enjoy chatting with the owners and winemakers. Above all, unwind on a Saturday afternoon with some delicious vino options!

Creating Wines that Express Various Parts of Oregon

Born and raised in the southern Willamette Valley, we love working with the iconic cool climate grapes that grow here and enjoy the beautiful, elegant, acid-driven wines they produce. Not to be overlooked, however, is the rich diversity that Pacific Northwest climates and grapes provide.

To that end, we are proud to source grapes also from the Umpqua Valley and Columbia Valley. The hardworking, passionate, and skilled grape growers in these AVAs provide us with the perfect foundation to craft robust, medium and full-bodied wines.
